At AM Exporting Group, we are committed to providing flexible and secure payment options for our valued customers. Below are the payment terms and conditions that apply to all our transactions. We offer multiple payment channels to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for you:

1. 100% Cash Payment

We require full payment upfront for the total value of your order. Once the payment is received, your order will be processed, and shipment will follow. This option provides a straightforward and secure transaction process.

2. 50% Cash Payment & 50% Upon Shipment

For customers who prefer to split the payment, we offer a 50% cash payment upfront, with the remaining 50% payable upon receipt of the shipping bill of lading images. This payment structure allows you to confirm the shipment of your goods before making the final payment.

3. 30% Cash Payment & 70% Upon Shipment Documents

This option allows a 30% cash payment upfront, with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the shipping bill of lading images. This payment method is designed for customers who wish to lower the upfront cost while ensuring payment is settled before the release of documents.

4. Letter of Credit (LC) Through Our Bank

For international transactions or larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (LC) as a secure payment method. The LC is processed through our bank and provides both the buyer and seller with a high level of security and assurance. The terms of the LC must be agreed upon prior to shipment.
